Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer best known for his performance in the film "Birdman. A versatile actor he is adept at playing comedic as well as dramatic characters. He has also portrayed a few romantic characters and played in numerous action films in his career. As a teenager the actor began developing an interest in both acting and performance. As young, he began to try stand-up comedy. He was unsuccessful in his comedy career however this set the way to his successful acting career. He was unable to achieve fame as a comedian and his next move was as a TV cameraman at a cable channel. While working at the television station realized he wanted to work in the front of cameras. He was then offered a television performance, and was in a number of seasons on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was naturally gifted and became very popular on TV. With great ambitions, he made a move into film and was a household name due to his comedic role. The accolades grew when he portrayed Batman's eponymous superhero as Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, his acting skills developed and he was able to look into directing and producing. The Birdman film of 2014 Birdman film earned him multiple awards and nominations.
